BECOME A CLIENT

How to Become a Client

NYPAA is a 501(c)(3) US Public Charity which manages and supports projects and programs to provide humanitarian aid to children and civilians in need – including, but not limited to, food, clothing, shelter, and education.

 

To meet with an Intake specialist and become a new client (or reconnect to services) the Intake Department has the following  hours:

 

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 pm — 5 pm
Wednesday: 11 am — 6 pm
Friday: 1 pm — 4 pm

 

Individual programs may have additional service restrictions and documentation based on income, disabilities of an individual client and other criteria. Please inquire about these during your intake assessment.

 

We offer inclusive services for men, women, transgender, and gender non-conforming persons, families and youth, including:
  • Affordable Housing Placement
  • Health Care & Insurance Counseling
  • Financial Counseling
  • Clothing/Household Items
  • Emergency/Disaster Relief
  • Continuing Educational Programs
